A client facing technology consultant, adopting a ‘Trusted Adviser’ position with our clients. Technical and disciplined, and yet approachable and humanistic, the Senior Consultant will provide proactive advice and guidance for a client across their technology real estate, and for specific projects.

Core areas for consultation shall include, but not be limited to:
o New build and fit-out projects, and technology refresh projects, including:
o Auditoria and event spaces
o Reception areas and visitor spaces
o Corporate and visitor experience centres
o 3D and immersive environments
o Corporate Audio Visual meeting rooms
o Video Conferencing systems, and wider Unified Comms. systems
o Collaborative touch systems

Main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

o Meeting with clients and end users to understand their technology challenges & future requirements across AV, IT &, UC, VC Infrastructure and Building Intelligence
o Provision of technical documentation including Scopes of Work, Functional Narratives, System Schematics, equipment locations drawings and M & E drawings etc for tender, construction or client provision
o Attending project meetings with Clients, Fit - Out Contractors, AVI’s & Professional Teams to coordinate technical projects
o Presentations to clients & project teams
o Performing technical site surveys
o Some Project Management
o Seeking and meeting new clients to help the development and selling of our services
o Monitoring of Audio Visual Systems & Technology Project Deployments
o Liaising with 3rd party suppliers & manufacturers
o Establishing and maintaining on-going working relationships with end users and clients. An important element of the role shall be to seek new clients and opportunities, and to maintain and expand existing clients, all to help grow the business.

o Audio Visual, Video & Audio Conferencing, Unified Communications Technology Consultancy experience is required
o Experience as an Audio Visual (Pre or Post Sales Design) Engineer/Technical Solutions Architect would be an advantage
o Wide and deep knowledge of Digital Media, Digital Audio and associated networking is a must
o Network configuration knowledge would be preferred
o Ability to be agile and autonomous, but prepared to ask for help when needed
o A flexible approach to working hours is essential
o Good levels of comfort seeking opportunities and selling our services are key
o CAD, Visio or similar drawing package skills are an advantage, but not essential
o Good skill level with all MS Office products including Excel, Word and Project
o Project Management experience would be beneficial
