  • Role & Responsibilities of the Technology Support Engineer:
  • Good hands on experience of Crestron, Shure, QSYS etc technologies
  • Strong Customer facing skills
  • Ideally a good awareness of Microsoft meeting room technology (Logi, Poly, Aver, Yealink, Microsoft MTRs)
  • Very IT literate with demonstrable
  • Past experience of AV support
